Our partner, specializing in the production of premium office chairs, entrusted us with the implementation of their new product manufacturing cell. When designing the assembly station, we placed special emphasis on quality assurance and ergonomic design. The equipment performs screwing, snapping, and smart camera color checks. Data collection occurs with each task, which is then transmitted to the company’s server. The planned station presented additional challenges for our engineers. During the design and production of a JIG that easily accommodates various chair bodies without the need for assembly tasks, fitting seamlessly with the contoured surfaces of the chair bodies, our engineers unleashed their creativity.
