Rallycross brake disk adapter
The brake disk on most of the racecars are made of two different parts. The middle part is made of aluminum while the wear surface is usually made of steel by a larger brake disc manufacturer.
In addition to reducing weight with the aluminum center, we even protect the wheel bearings from high heat. Because each race car has a custom-built brake system, we design our custom brake disc centers according to the rim, brake disc size, and caliper position. The centers are usually made of 7075-T6 aluminum by one of our manufacturing partners.
